How to log in or register on Come Game
Open Login/Register
Tap the cyan Login/Register button at the top of any screen.
Enter your number
Type your mobile number without +91. The browser field also takes an email, but new accounts need a mobile number.
Type the code
Enter the verification code Come sends you. The resend timer counts down if you need another one.
You are in
A number with no account gets one created automatically after the code check. You can add a referral code when registering.
Come Game login problems and fixes
Too many failed attempts
Come locks login for one hour after repeated failures. Wait it out or contact Customer Service.
Number already linked
Each mobile number can be bound to one account. Use the account that already owns it.
Forgot password
Use Forgot password? on the password screen, or switch to Code Login with your number.
Daily code limit reached
Come caps verification codes per number per day. Try again tomorrow.
Keep your code private. Do not share your verification code, password or UPI PIN with anyone, including people who say they work for Come. Type the code only into the Come app or the Come web lobby.
Login questions
Do I need a password to log in to Come Game?
Not always. The login screen offers Code Login, with a verification code sent to your number, and Password Login, plus a Forgot password? link. New numbers are verified with a code.
Can I register with email?
The browser login field accepts an email or a mobile number, but email registration is not currently supported. Register with your mobile number.
The verification code never arrived. What can I do?
Wait for the resend timer, check the number has no +91, and tap Resend. Come limits how many codes one number can request per day, so after several tries wait and try later, or contact Customer Service.
Come says my account is unavailable. Why?
Come shows it when an account is currently unavailable for login, and asks you to contact Customer Service. Write to support@comevip.com from the email or number on the account.
Is there a referral code at sign-up?
Yes, the register screen has an optional referral code field. Enter a friend's code there if you have one; it links you to them in Refer & Earn.
